The 3rd National Götzmann Descendant's Family Reunion was held in Bend, Oregon,on August 2 - 3, 2003.

It was sponsored by the Quinn and Gist families and was a marvelous success. Many "thanks" from all of us to them! Approximately 90 relatives came from many parts of the country and they enjoyed the beautiful scenery of the state of Oregon - and the Bend area, in particular. Lots of "new" kin were there to join the regulars, so there was plenty of catching up" to do for everyone. Highlights of the Reunion included: whitewater rafting, a Mt. Bachelor tour, and a marimba band show ... plus the usual great food, games, visiting, and family history discussions.
